My story

Bad Ass Cakes was formed in 2013 by Barbara Brennen. The secret behind her delicious cakes is a combination of her family recipes, and her extensive work under renowned chefs such as Anton Edlemann (The Savoy Hotel), Keith Stanley (formerly of The Ritz Hotel) and Anton Mosimann (at Mosimann's, London).

The quality custom-made cakes and range of desserts that Barbara produces for weddings, parties, corporates events are second to none. She focuses on the perfect combination of flavour and design to make sure her beautifully moist cakes are both unique and flavourful. Bad Ass Cake customers include celebrities such as Sir David Attenborough.

Barbara believes in creating taste and flavour using only the best ingredients, but this doesn’t mean she can’t cater to your dietary requirements. Barbara believes high-quality food should be for everyone and so Bad Ass Cakes make delicious vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free cakes. Check out the ‘Special Diet Cakes’ section of the shop
