Bad Ass Cakes was formed in 2013 by Barbara Brennen. The secret behind her delicious cakes is a combination of her family recipes, and her extensive work under renowned chefs such as Anton Edlemann (The Savoy Hotel), Keith Stanley (formerly of The Ritz Hotel) and Anton Mosimann (at Mosimann's, London).

The quality custom-made cakes and range of desserts that Barbara produces for weddings, parties, corporates events are second to none. She focuses on the perfect combination of flavour and design to make sure her beautifully moist cakes are both unique and flavourful. Bad Ass Cake customers include stars such as Piers Morgan and Sir David Attenborough.

Under the guidance of health and fitness professionals, Bad Ass Cakes is now embracing the keto trend and offers a range of delicious low-carb, high fat, medium protein products including zingy lemon bars and satisfying white bread. We believe in taste and flavour but this doesn’t mean we can’t cater to your dietary requirements. They also offer vegan and gluten-free cakes.
